The MKI Library and Archives are at the heart of the Max Kade Institute. “From the MKI Library & Archives” is a series of short posts that focus on a single collection item to illuminate the breadth and depth of our holdings. We hope it may inform you about the historical experiences of German Americans and inspire you to search our collections for yourself!
