This year, the Friends of the Max Kade Institute will explore the rich German American history of Sheboygan County. Join us for our annual meeting at the Riverdale Country Club in Sheboygan, with a warm lunch buffet and a presentation by Katie Dippel Reilly, researcher at the Sheboygan County Historical Research Center (SCHRC). Afterward we will visit the SCHRC in Sheboygan Falls and view unique German American documents from their collection. We will also take a tour of the Waelderhaus in Kohler, built in 1931 in the architectural style of the Bregenzerwald region of Austria, the ancestral home of the Kohler family.
